Garlic Butter Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic, or more to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, or more to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground paprika, or more to taste
Instructions
The easiest way to mince garlic is to use a grater. Or alternatively, after peeling, you can smash the garlic clove with the flat side of a knife, then mince it with the knife using a rocking motion.
Combine softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl until well combined.
Mix in garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and paprika until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
To store garlic butter, transfer it to a shallow, airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also freeze garlic butter for up to 3 months.
